A document technology company is seeking a Human Resources Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, and training. Candidates should have a diploma in HR and at least 2 years of experience, with strong communication skills in Malay and English. This position involves managing employee performance evaluations and claims processing.
Collaborate with HOD to understand the hiring needs and do recruitment plan to meet the requirements
Develop job descriptions and specifications strategies to attract qualified candidates
Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting reference check on shortlisted candidates, etc.
Arrange and coordinate interview with HOD and candidates
Conduct reference checks of the selected candidates
Coordinate new hire onboarding process-orientation/document collection, work station setup
Provide necessary support to new hires to ensure they are integrated into the company culture and job responsibilities
Generate recruitment related data and reports.
Provide update to the General Manager and HOD on the status of the recruitment process
Offboarding-manage employee exit clearance process-clearance forms/property collection
Training:Discuss with HOD about training needs for the staffs and generate yearly training plan.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate external/internal training programs.
Liaise with training vendors to confirm training schedules, materials, costs, and venues.
Conduct HR Orientation for new staffs.
Maintain systematic training documentation for easy access and compliance.
Manage training budgets, including HRD Corp claims and fund administration.
Staff Performance Evaluation:Monitor and evaluate new contract/probation staffs performance
HR SOP/Policy Staff ClaimResponsible for managing employee expense reimbursements and claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing of various claims, and maintaining related documentation.
Requirement:Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any related discipline.
At least 2 years working experience in HR position
Strong experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice and techniques
Candidates with ISO 9001:2015 knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Malay and English is a pre-requisite.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Able to solve problems proactively and work in fast paced.
Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent.
Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline.
