Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and timely.
• Partner with clients to understand their unique HR needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Advise on performance management processes and best practices.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a similar HR consulting or generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
• A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
