We are seeking a dedicated HR cum Admin Manager to join our team and drive both our human resources and administrative functions locally and internationally. The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices, processes, and office administration, while also managing and building overseas HR and administrative structures to ensure alignment across global operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and system development effectively.   1. Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee development.
  2. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  9. Manage and build overseas HR systems and frameworks, including standardizing HR policies, processes, and compliance structures across multiple countries.
  10. Collaborate with overseas offices to ensure alignment in HR practices, labor law compliance, and workforce development.

  7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  8. Proven experience in managing or supporting overseas HR functions, including system setup, policy standardization, and cross-border compliance.
