About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our dynamic team at MLE PRECISION SDN BHD. This full‑time position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor and will play a crucial role in supporting our company's Human Resources and Recruitment functions.

What you’ll be doing
1. Recruitment & Staffing
  • Handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes — job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and job descriptions.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, and overtime claims.
  • Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Manage employee insurance and benefits matters.
3. Employee Relations
  • Support in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counselling sessions.
  • Foster positive workplace relations and assist in implementing engagement activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair treatment in all HR matters.
4. Performance Management
  • Assist in monitoring employee performance appraisals and probation reviews.
  • Support implementation of KPIs and performance improvement plans.
5. Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs or workshops.
  • Keep records of employee training and development activities.
6. HR Administration & Compliance
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR database.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment laws.
  • Assist during HR audits and regulatory inspections.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Executive position in a manufacturing‑based company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Language: Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
