Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR.
- Proficient in HR matters.
- Willingness to work in Ipoh, Perak.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Handle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal /external training.
- Handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling
- To develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth
- Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Detail-oriented, excellent time management and committed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Positive attitude and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY.
- Proficient in HR matters and well versed in Malaysia labour law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
