About the role

ChipSeng Heng Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented HR Executive to join our team in Chemor, Perak. As a full-time HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's human resources operations and initiatives. What you'll be doing
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for our organisation
  • Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave, and performance management
