A leading consulting firm in Malaysia seeks an HR Data & Reporting Specialist to oversee HR data governance and deliver business intelligence solutions. You will optimize data quality, design dashboards, and implement data strategies that support decision-making across the organization. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Implement data governance frameworks, including validation rules and audit processes.
• Provide functional and technical support to users by troubleshooting problems related to data in HR systems.
