The new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, your main role will be analyzing data, validating and generating HR reports to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for evaluating HR reports and other information solutions, and ensuring reports are consistent, reliable and accurate.

Requirements to succeed

The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics. Candidate must also have a strong passion for HR, data analytics and metrics. Additional advantage will be having knowledge in SuccessFactors and Power BI systems. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, independent, open-minded, and proactive.
