We are seeking a talented HR cum Admin Office professional to join our vibrant and dynamic team at MALPAKAT GROUP SDN BHD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources and administrative duties, playing a crucial part in supporting the overall success of our company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding programme, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Coordinating and organising various HR-related events, workshops and team-building activities
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and assisting with project coordination
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR cum Admin role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR management software
  • Proactive, adaptable and committed to providing exceptional customer service
