About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised HR cum Admin Executive to join our team at BOTTEGA PENANG SDN BHD. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR and administrative functions within our company. Your work will be based in Subang, Selangor, offering a mix of in‑office and remote work opportunities.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general inquiries
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support the company’s overall objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of HR strategies
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a HR or administrative role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labour laws and regulations
  • A proactive, team‑oriented approach and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
