The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR functions and administrative support, allowing them to effectively manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and various administrative tasks. This role is essential in creating a positive workplace environment and ensuring operational efficiency.

Human Resources

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives through various programs and activities.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Organize training programs and development opportunities for staff.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all departments are sufficiently stocked.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related documents.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases for HR and administrative records.
  • Provide support in budget tracking and expense reporting for the HR department.
  • Assist with vendor management and procurement of office equipment and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative support roles.
