A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking an HR and Administration Executive to oversee the hiring process, manage work permits, and ensure compliance with HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of labor laws and payroll management is essential. This role requires discretion and effective organizational abilities.
Recruitment Management: Oversee the hiring process for both local and foreign workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Work Permit Facilitation: Manage applications for foreign workers and expatriate staff, liaising with government departments to ensure smooth processing.
Facility Oversight: Supervise warehouse/trucking staff, manage warehouse/trucking facilities, and ensure proper housekeeping to maintain a pleasant work environment.
Staff Payroll: Manage and compute staff payroll for SOCSO, EPF, and PCB.
Senior Management Support: Assist the Finance and Admin Manager in various departmental initiatives and projects.
Educational Background: Any relevant educational background are welcome.
Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR and General Administration management roles, preferably in Logistics industries.
Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, immigration regulations, and HR best practices.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
Discretion and Integrity: Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Organizational Abilities: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and Autocount software, with additional HR certifications being an advantage.
Language: Basic Malay, Chinese, and English Communication.
Additional Experience: Experience/understanding in Singapore MOM Laws and procedures will be an added advantage.
