Responsibility

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR cum Admin to support our HR, operations, and general office functions. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys paperwork, coordination, and supporting day-to-day business activities.

HR Support
  • Assist in foreign worker documentation and applications.
  • Check and verify staff claims and OT records.
  • Prepare employee documents and maintain HR filing.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Help coordinate interviews and recruitment arrangements.
Administration
  • Manage office supplies, filing, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with external vendors (courier, maintenance, pest control, etc.).
  • Prepare basic reports, documentation, and data entry.
Operation Support
  • Receive weekly material requests from Operation Department (e.g., outlet supplies, order pads).
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for outlet needs.
Marketing Support
  • Assist Marketing Department by preparing and ordering promotional items.
  • Get quotations from suppliers and track delivery timelines.
  • Manage simple paperwork for membership, promo materials, and admin support.
