At Lam, as an HR Representative, you are a versatile generalist in human resources. Your role is vital in covering a range of HR activities, from recruiting to counseling employees on work‑related items, and supporting Lam's diversity initiatives. Your contributions will support compensation, benefits, performance management, and personnel policies. Your breadth in HR processes and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace will help shape Lam's vibrant and diverse culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Internal Communications
    • Support the preparation and dissemination of HR announcements and updates.
    • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication across the organization.
    • Maintain and update content on HR SharePoint sites. Ensure information is current, relevant, and accessible to employees.
  • HR Reporting
    • Compile and prepare information to support each Region’s HR inputs for All Employee Meeting (AEM).
    • Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of periodic reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Support audits and data validation exercises.
  • Procurement Oversight
    • Oversee GHR procurement activities including contract tracking and submission through the ICERTIS system.
    • Manage the end‑to‑end process of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
    • Validate HR‑related invoices and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
    • Track and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • New Hire / Employee Gift Coordination
    • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of New Hire Gifts and Employee Gifts.
    • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company standards.

Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience handling HR administrative activities (specifically with experience managing HR contracts and corresponding invoice handling).
  • Fluent in written, spoken, and understanding Korean language.
  • Fluent in written, spoken and understanding Traditional Chinese language.
  • Fluent in written, spoken and understanding English language.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Is a team player with good communication and interpersonal relations skill.
  • Good time management, Able to organize and manage multiple deadlines, Able to work independently.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On‑site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
