Job Responsibilities

• Review current HR processes across selected countries and compile an overview of variations
• Develop harmonization proposals for each sub-process/activity
• Define minimal effective process controls for quality and compliance
• Produce a summary report with recommendations and an implementation roadmap
• Document stakeholder engagement and feedback
• Provide all deliverables in editable formats to allow future updates and modifications by the internal team
• Collaborate with country and regional HR experts
