A leading IT firm in Malaysia is seeking an HR & Compliance Manager with at least 5 years of HR experience and 2 years in a managerial role. The successful candidate will oversee HR functions while ensuring compliance with Malaysian Labor Laws. Key responsibilities include managing a team and handling audits. The role requires a degree in HR, law, or business administration, and strong knowledge of labor laws. This position offers various benefits, including annual leave and performance bonuses.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in Loss Prevention or Audit is a major plus. (至少 5-8 年 HR 经验,其中至少 2 年担任管理职。有防损或审计经验者优先。)

The HR & Compliance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Internal Audit functions. This role is critical in ensuring the company operates within Malaysian Labor Laws while maintaining strict internal controls over stock and financial integrity. You will lead a team of four (2 HR Executives and 2 Audit Staff) to safeguard company assets and manage talent.
