Requirement

Responsibility

The HR & Compliance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Internal Audit functions. This role is critical in ensuring the company operates within Malaysian Labor Laws while maintaining strict internal controls over stock and financial integrity. You will lead a team of four (2 HR Executives and 2 Audit Staff) to safeguard company assets and manage talent.

1. Legal, Compliance & Industrial Relations (法律、合规与工业关系)
  • Labor Law Expert: Act as the primary advisor on all matters related to the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations.
  • Legal Liaison: Coordinate and deal with lawyers for employment-related legal issues or drafting of legal documents.
  • Grievance & Theft Handling: Investigate staff complaints and sensitive issues, specifically internal theft; lead investigations and lodge police reports when necessary.
  • Disciplinary Action: Conduct Domestic Inquiries (DI) and issue professional Warning Letters or Show Cause Letters.
  • 法律专家: 担任 1955 年雇佣法令及工业关系相关事务的主要顾问。
  • 法律联络: 协调并对接律师,处理与雇佣相关的法律问题或起草法律文件。
  • 投诉与盗窃处理: 调查员工投诉及敏感问题,特别是内部偷窃;领导调查并在必要时向警方报案。

2. Audit & Stock Control Management (审计与库存控制管理)
  • Audit Leadership: Supervise 2 Audit Staff to conduct regular and surprise stock audits in the shop and RMA department.
  • Shrinkage Control: Review audit reports to identify stock discrepancies or financial leakages and implement corrective actions.
  • SOP Enforcement: Develop and enforce company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational compliance.

  • 损耗控制: 审核审计报告,识别库存差异或财务漏洞,并采取纠正措施。

  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% timely submission of KWSP (EPF), PERKESO (SOCSO), and EIS.
  • HR System & Claims: Manage the HRIS for attendance and payroll; oversee the processing of staff claims and benefits.
  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including coordination with recruitment agencies for talent sourcing.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise 2 HR Executives to ensure daily HR tasks are completed accurately.
  • 法定合规: 确保 100% 准时缴纳 KWSP (EPF)、PERKESO (SOCSO) 和 EIS。
  • HR 系统与报销: 管理用于考勤和薪资的 HRIS 系统;监督员工报销和福利的处理。
