Job summary

A global HR solutions provider based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Admin to manage payroll data, support global HR systems, and provide reports on key performance indicators. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in a UK-based HR role and is proficient in Excel and Power BI. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work.

Keep HR and payroll data clean and always up to date.

Prepare accurate reports, reconciliations, and compliance checks.

Support the team with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc payroll reporting.

HR Systems Support

Be a key player in enhancing and optimising our global HR system.

Collaborate with system vendors, our Tech Hub, and UK stakeholders.

Test new features and continuously improve how the system works for our teams.

Reporting & Insight Delivery

Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs like time‑to‑hire, attrition, pay, and more.

Deliver clear, actionable reports for stakeholders across time zones.

Help run and analyse employee surveys (e.g. NPS, onboarding, exit).

Turn Data into Strategy

Work with the UK People team to turn raw HR data into real business insight:

  • Spot and predict attrition trends.
  • Map succession plans and critical role risks.
  • Analyse leadership pipeline health.
  • Model the cost of turnover and future workforce scenarios.
  • Highlight skills gaps and suggest development strategies.
Process, Audit & Compliance

Support audits with clean and accurate HR/payroll data.

Recommend smarter, faster processes.

Help us stay compliant with data protection and employment standards.

Profile

Must‑Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR admin role working for a UK‑based company with HR data and system experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and tools like Power BI.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Great communication skills – you're comfortable working across borders and time zones.
