A leading media technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Business Partner to support management and employees with HR-related matters. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English and have at least 2 years of experience in HR. Responsibilities include advising on policies, managing employee relations, and supporting payroll preparation. Reporting to the HR Director EMEA & APAC, as HRBP you will act as the point of contact for managers, employees and other team members regarding HR-related matters and projects. You will provide assistance, guidance, and advice to internal stakeholders throughout their employee journey within the company.
