Responsibilities
  • Acts as a single point of contact and serves as a consultant & business partner to assigned Business / Functional unit on strategic & tactical advisory & support on human resources related issues that reflects HR objectives of the organization.
  • Supports the Senior HRBP by assessing and anticipating HR related needs, highlighting business trends in specific business, identifying any sensitive employee relations that arise or HR issues which need to be considered and factored into strategic and tactical advisory & support on HR related issues.
  • Formulates a partnership across HR functions/ specialist to ensure the delivery of integrated and value added solutions across the assigned portfolio.
  • Builds a strong business relationship, facilitating the Implementation of key and effective HR initiatives and practices across assigned Business/ functional Units.
  • Maintains an effective level of business literacy of the assigned business/ functional unit’s financial positions, its plans, culture and competitors.
