A recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR professional to support multinational banks and financial companies in the recruitment process. Responsibilities include managing the candidate cycle and providing insights on the job market. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree, strong communication skills, and a passion for the banking and financial industry. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement along with additional incentives.
Support a group of Multinational Banks and Financial companies in managing recruitment process and candidate experiences.
Hybrid working arrangement with additional monthly and quarterly incentives
End to end candidate management cycle from first call to post onboarding follow-up
Able to manage junior to senior and technical candidates across all function hiring within banking and financial industry
In-depth search using all resources such as Linkedin RPS/ Efin/ SEEK/ MCF
Provide value-added insights/ advice to candidates on BNF job market
Adaptable with strong communication skills and able to work on wide range of positions from telesales to Senior VP
Possess a Diploma/ Degree in any fields
Peoples-person and enjoy supporting and liaising with candidates pertaining to job market and job search
Passionate about the Banking and Financial industry
Able to work in fast-paced environment
