  • Assist in job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for newly hired employees.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
2. Employee Records, Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation for employment contracts, renewals, and terminations.
  • Assist in processing employee confirmation, promotions, and transfers.
  • Keep track of leave records and attendance management.
  • Prepare, organize, and file HR-related documents, including employee personal files, disciplinary records, performance appraisals, and training documents.
  • Ensure all HR documents are accurately recorded and stored securely.
