Responsibility

1. Office Administration: Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and equipment to ensure a productive work environment.

2. Inventory System and Logistics: Maintain accuracy data in inventory system, handle logistic and warehouse matters, coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.

3. Recruitment Support and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, coordinating interviews, facilitate onboarding for new employees, providing necessary training and orientation.

4. Records Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring updated and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

5. Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employee development.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company rules & regulations, related laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with any changes that may affect the organization.

7. Employee Relations and Event Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement, plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
