Responsibilities
- Align with senior management to translate business objectives into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and align with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll processing, and administer benefits enrollment.
- Oversee overall foreign worker management if required.
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Education/Experience Qualifications
- At least Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in HR management or leadership roles.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
