Job Description
- Responsible for employee welfare;
- To handle all travelling visa, employment pass, dependent pass and related visa/ pass;
- Organization of recruiting employees;
- Organization of efficient training program, professional reeducation;
- Participation in work for improving the Company management structure;
- Evaluation and analysis of the employee’s satisfaction in the Company;
- Analysis of the employee’s motivation profiles, implementing measures to increase the motivation of the team;
- Creation of the team spirit and welcoming atmosphere in the Company;
- Keeping the HR paperwork;
- Reporting to bookkeeping, supervising authorities.
Administrative Management
- Responsible to oversee office equipment and office utilities;
- Organize company event like team buildings, team dinner/lunch, etc;
- Assist in IT function;
- Responsible for purchasing activities;
- To assist in day to day accounting and finance activities;
- To handle other tasks and duties as when assigned.
Labor safety
- Organization of work for development and implementation of the labor safety system in the Company;
- Development, approval, informing the employees on the internal work instructions on labor safety, hazardous work;
- Assigning responsible persons for labor safety. Organizing the trainings and briefings.
Organization of work with other documents
- Receipt, preliminary review and sorting of the documents;
- Preparation of documents for the review by the CEO/ COO;
- Controlling of the documents that are addressed to the CEO/ COO;
- Organization of the documents delivery to those who should execute the tasks;
- Handling the documents database;
- Executing the information and consulting work;
- Control for documents and tasks of the CEO/ COO execution.
Organization of the document’s storage
- Handling the documents types in the Company;
- Creating and handling the archived files;
- Preparation and handover of the documents for archiving purpose.
Organization of the information exchange between the CEO/ COO and the Company members and departments
- Informing the employees of the Company on the decisions of the CEO/ COO;
- Organization of the information exchange between the Company departments;
- Informing the employees on the upcoming events;
- Informing the CEO/ COO on the employee’s requests on private and work-related issues.
Quality management system
- Implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS);
- Training, informing the Company employees on QMS, their contribution and participation;
- Development of the documented information, its update, protection;
- Holding Company internal audits;
- Control for corrective and preventive actions execution;
- Implementation of the improvements in the operation based on lessons learned.
Required Qualification
Education requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administrative, Human Resource or equivalent.
- Additional education – related to HR program;
Experience requirements
- At least two years in the field of HR and administrative management.
