Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and maintain employee records
  • Handle attendance, leave, and overtime records, and assist in preparing payroll‑related data
  • Support employee relations matters and help resolve employee issues through effective communication
  • Oversee daily office administrative tasks, such as vendor coordination, maintenance arrangements, and office‑supplies management
  • Handle filing, documentation, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist management in preparing reports and carrying out HR and administrative tasks
  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
  • Preferably with a background in Human Resources, Administration, Business Management, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Familiar with basic HR processes and administrative operations
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
