What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage administrative functions including facilities management and vendor relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management within the manufacturing sector, engineering and solar renewable industries
  • Strong command of spoken Mandarin as the HQ in China
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic solutions to complex HR challenges.>
  • Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Remuneration

Salary: RM15,000 - RM18,000
