We are seeking a skilled HR & Admin Manager with full HR Generalist experience. As a member of administration team, the job holder is to partner with BU Director to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies in plant under ATW’s annual operational and Human Resources objectives, by closely collaborating with the business and understanding their needs. Leveraging headquarter resources to manage a site-based HR professional services and advices to managers and employees on site, so as to ensure that the company's human resources policies align with the business objectives and promote the achievement of business goals.
Analyze the talent needs of each department, including the number of personnel, required knowledge and skills, etc. according to the business objectives and development planning. Provide a basis for recruitment planning and talent development. The human resources forecast and manager level's appointment (and above) are under centralized control of headquarters.
According to the talent demand planning, formulate recruitment plans, and be responsible for the recruitment, interview and selection of talents in the overseas company; assist the General Manager of the Malay factory to build an overseas core team and carry out team management.
According to the development objectives of each department, assist each department to formulate the departmental performance management, complete the performance appraisal, performance review and other management work.
Help department managers with workplace employee relations and help resolve HR issues such as employee discipline, grievance and complaints. Maintain employee relations and working climate.
Implement various HR policies, systems and processes in various departments, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations; regularly give feedbacks to the Group COE on recommendations of the overseas company about human resources, company development and performance appraisal.
According to human resources strategic planning, continuously optimize organizational and employee performance management system, guide and supervise the implementation of performance management in business department.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
10 years of local working experience in Malaysia and familiar with manufacturing, and at least 5 years’ experience of HR & Admin management.
Candidate from manufacturing, engineering & solar renewable industries will be most preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin & English is a must as this person will be the window to all Chinese expatriate in Malaysia.
