We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Paper Base Converting Sdn Bhd. As a full‑time employee based in Kapar, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR and administrative functions of our thriving paper manufacturing company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling a wide range of HR‑related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Providing administrative support to the management team, such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the company’s overall goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address HR‑related inquiries and resolve employee concerns
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
