A leading engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking an HR and Administrative Assistant to manage staff claims, recruitment, and general office administration. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Basic knowledge of HR and administrative functions (attendance, leave, filing, documentation).
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Able to work independently and support management efficiently.
Minimum SPM qualification.
1–2 years of working experience in HR, administration, or personal assistant roles.

To handle monthly Staff Claim, Overtime, Worker Schedule & update Leave Form
Experience in employee misconduct, show cause, warning letter & domestic inquiry
Arrange training for staffs
Handle recruitment and selection process, source for suitable candidates for office
Other HR operations such as performance and disciplinary management.
Liaise with statutory bodies and relevant authorities and matters pertaining to labor laws, industrial relations, statutory requirements, tax and insurance
Responsible for the general office administration such as office supplies, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment
Responsible for company vehicles, renewal of license, safety measures and cleanliness.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
