We are seeking a talented and experienced HR & Admin Assistant / Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team at Union Care (M) Sdn Bhd in our HQ office. As this position, you will play a crucial role in driving our human resources strategy and ensuring the smooth running of all HR-related functions. Based in Kulai Johor, this full‑time position will oversee the company's recruitment, employee development, employee relations initiatives and daily human resource activities.
Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and initiatives to support the company's business objectives
Providing strategic HR advice and solutions to support the company's business objectives
Administering employee benefits, compensation, and other HR-related programmes
Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations
Collaborating with department heads to identify and address talent management needs
Develop performance evaluation scheme for the company
Promoting a positive and engaged company culture
Employee Scheduling and Monthly Payroll
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the services industry
Demonstrated expertise in all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits
Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis
Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Able to handle stress
Passionate about fostering a positive and engaged company culture, ability to partner effectively with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
