Megahock Pipes & Profile Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of industrial pipes and profiles, is seeking a talented HR & Admin Assistant to join their team in Senai, Johor. This full‑time role will be responsible for overseeing a range of human resources and administrative functions, playing a vital part in supporting the growth and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Oversee general office administration tasks, such as filing, document management, and procurement of supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, engaged, and productive work environment
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar HR or administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
