Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Manage recruitment and selection process including job postings and interviewing.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and related letters for employees.
• Handle matters relating to disciplinary actions and staff grievances.
• Assist payroll department with up-to-date information.
• Administer monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Stay current on labour laws to ensure compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and company events.
• Manage workplace health and safety matters.
