Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation
Restock and organise housekeeping supplies and linens
Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as required
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
Adhere to all health, safety and security protocols
Collaborate with the wider Housekeeping team to deliver efficient and effective service
Previous experience in a Housekeeping or Hospitality role, ideally in a hotel environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight timelines
Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
