Job Description:

1969 Business Suites is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the hotel’s brand, services, and facilities. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Track and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to management.
• Manage the hotel’s online presence, including updating the website and managing online reviews.
