Role Overview
As the Digital Energy (DE) Hotel & Real Estate Segment Lead, the mission is to grow One Schneider portfolio and DE solutions and services in the segment. In this critical role, the incumbent will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a sustainable growth in the segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Responsible for the financial performance (Orders and Sales) of One Schneider portfolio and DE scope in Hotel & Real Estate segments, identify areas for improvement, and implement mitigation action plans to close financial performance gap.
- One Schneider Mindset: Collaborate with other divisions to drive the One Schneider approach, aiming to meet or exceed growth ambitions.
- Segment Leadership:
- Adapt & deploy the global segment playbook to the East Asia zone and individual countries.
- Provide leadership through providing segment expertise, coaching and sales support to country teams and/or targeted accounts to improve sales efficiency/focus and maximize hit rate.
- Be the Voice of the Customer and provide market intelligence, customer feedback and competition activity to drive innovative and business growth proposals.
- Define and formalize the offers’ roadmap, the go-to-market to support growth of segment.
- Embed One Software into the segment solution to drive customer adoption.
- Strategy Plan: Collaborate with global segment and country team to develop and implement business strategies (3-year strategy/account plan) to achieve three-year growth ambition.
- Operating Plan: Operationalize strategy and lead the implementation with the country team through a structured business plan and set up regular cadence to follow up progress.
- Ecosystem Development: Guide country team in developing segment ecosystem, end customers, design firms, contractors, panel builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and achievement of growth objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage segment pipeline using bFO and provide visibility to SE cross-business division teams.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with all stakeholders to proactively resolve customer issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Form and lead Hotel & Real Estate Segment virtual team (global, region, country teams), providing guidance, coaching, and support to elevate their competency and performance. Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular feedback sessions, and address any performance issues.
Qualifications
- University degrees in engineering or equivalent higher qualifications.
- Possesses in depth technical understanding and proficiency in solutions within the responsible segment, along with solid understanding of customer requirements.
- Influence and Communication: Ability to influence, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, resource management, and handling multiple demands.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, including team leading, mentoring, and empowering others.
- Performance Management: Sound knowledge of performance management and coaching techniques.
