Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall hotel performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
  • Plan and implement strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with department heads to solve operational issues
  • Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and discipline when needed
