We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our dynamic team at Southern Star Development Sdn Bhd, a leading hospitality company based in Segamat, Johor. As our Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving the financial success of the property. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of hotel staff to ensure high‑quality service delivery
• Monitor and analyse hotel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and the local community
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of the hotel’s marketing and sales strategies
