Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain all files, cash and cash equivalents per policy.
• Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Prepare period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Prepare and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Provide professional, timely service and protect company assets.
