Job summary

Travelodge Hotels - Asia is seeking a Feasibility Manager to join the investment and development team in Malaysia. You will support growth from origination to contract closure by conducting market research, underwriting deals, and drafting financial projections.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring rigorous data analysis and clear presentations. A degree in hospitality/business/real estate and 2–4 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate or related field as a minimum.
• Hospitality or real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Office skills for modelling and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility studies for potential hotel management deals with market data, occupancy trends and underwriting.
• Support bidding/tendering processes and contribute to proposals and pitches with finance input.
• Develop financial projections and proposals with internal teams to win opportunities.
• Collaborate with development to implement business development strategies and secure contracts.
