Job Requirements
Guest Service & Experience
  • Greet and welcome guests courteously upon arrival and departure
  • Provide professional, warm, and engaging service at all times
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
  • Ensure all guest interactions align with hotel service standards and brand values
Front Desk Operations
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while delivering a welcoming experience
  • Manage phone calls, reservations, and inquiries (walk-in, email, phone, online platforms)
  • Ensure front desk operations are carried out according to hotel policies and procedures
Food & Beverage Service
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when appropriate
  • Ensure orders are served correctly and promptly according to service standards
  • Upsell food, beverages, and special promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue
Operations, Hygiene & Compliance
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies, including grooming standards and health protocols
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of assigned service areas at all times
  • Comply with SOPs related to service, cash handling, and guest safety
