The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting, strong analytical skills, and experience in cost control. Responsibilities include verifying reports, conducting spot checks, and preparing cost reports. Proficiency in English is essential, and only Malaysian citizens will be considered.

Qualifications

• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in cost control or auditing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of revenue and cost reports.
• Conduct spot checks on receiving and operations.
• Review menu pricing against food costs for profitability.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and investigate irregularities.
• Adapt and take on additional duties as needed.
