We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hospitality Ambassador to join our team; a rehabilitation and recovery center committed to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment for our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Provide clear information and guidance regarding the center’s services, facilities, and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate patient engagement activities, including festive events and special celebrations, to create a joyful and uplifting environment.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient support for patients and visitors.
  • Help maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the center.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong passion for serving others and fostering a caring, supportive environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic skills in photo design or short video creation will be an added advantage.
