Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in IT support or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in hardware, LAN/WAN, and Microsoft Networking.
• Willingness to travel and support other hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic MIS and application support for hospital systems.
• Conduct daily system health checks and monitor infrastructure.
• Manage IT hardware and fixed assets efficiently.
