We are looking for a Recruiter (Junior and Mid level) who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.

Location and Positions

Location: Johor Bahru

Positions: 1 each

Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
  • Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.
  • Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.
  • Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
  • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.
Qualifications
  • At least minimum 2 years full life-cycle of Blue and white collar recruitment experience.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
  • Experience in sourcing for production operators and technicians through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • Must be flexible with hours, it's not a 9 am to 5 pm role, must be accessible on phone when needed.
  • Must be a Malaysian.
  • Team player and must be able to meet the targets.
