We are looking for an IT Recruiter (Junior and Mid level) who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.
Location: Subang Jaya/Cyber Jaya
Positions: 1 each
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.
- Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.
- Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
- Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.
Qualifications:
- At least minimum 2 years full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
- Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
- Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region)
- Experience in bringing and building clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is a must.
- Must be flexible with hours, it's not a 9 am to 5 pm role, must be accessible on phone when needed.
- Good English communication skills
- Must be a Malaysian.
- Team player and must be able to meet the targets.
