A prominent recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking experienced professionals for multiple High Rise Main Contractor management openings. The role involves significant responsibilities including project planning, resource allocation, and client liaison. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementation, monitoring and control of the project to ensure completion within time, cost and required quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Ensure that all Quality Management System procedures are implemented at site.
2) Plan, supervise and monitor the progress of the project, including cost control and have the full understanding of the project needs.
3) Coordinate resources allocation for the project.
4) Attend meetings with the consultants, authorities and customers.
5) Initiate and verify corrective actions as and when deemed necessary.
6) Serve as a member of the Management Review Committee, as and when appointed.
7) Maintain staff discipline at site.
8) Reporting to supervisor on pre-mix interval.
9) Chair the site meeting, sub-contractors meeting and act as the Chairman for Site Safety Committee.
10) Liaise with Planning Department to prepare program of works and project cash flow.
11) Check and review all method statements and all work instructions before submission to consultant.
12) Carry out other job assignments as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
