Job summary

GSK invites candidates for a Commercial Business Internship in Malaysia to gain hands-on experience across brand teams, campaigns, forecasting, and market analysis. You will collaborate with medical, sales, and agency partners, and support tender management and stock control within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, economics, supply chain, finance or related discipline.
• Must be enrolled at a university for the duration of the program.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the brand team in driving product launch acceleration, from readiness to launch events and HCP education activations.
• Develop campaigns and marketing materials through cross-functional collaboration with medical, sales, and agency partners.
• Capture customer insights and track campaign performance to sharpen strategy and execution of milestones.
• Assist in sales forecasting activities and analyze market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support distributor partnerships for the Brunei market to drive performance and operational excellence.
• Support stock management activities, including inventory monitoring and replenishment planning.
• Assist in preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders.
• Calculate distributor rebates, incentives, and performance based on commercial frameworks.
• Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
