Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a nutrition-focused healthcare advisor to deliver nutritional consultations, provide expert product advice, and ensure stock integrity in the Health Division.

You will maintain promotional displays, assist customers, and support sales targets with a professional service standard. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is required; Malaysian citizenship is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Bahasa Melayu and English proficiency.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills with result orientation.
• Outgoing personality with positive energy.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintain stock levels at all times.
• Provide nutritional consultation and expert product advice.
• Track and review sales objectives for Health Division to meet targets.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for health items, displays and price tags.
• Oversee health department stock maintenance, ordering and receiving.
• Keep shelves tidy and stocks well-presented.
• Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
