Job summary

Pfizer Health Representative role in Malaysia connects customers to therapies and digital services to enhance patient care. It spans Pfizer’s portfolio, building long-lasting relationships within assigned accounts.

The Health Representative leverages healthcare knowledge to deliver effective, compliant messaging and to develop strategic engagement with HCPs to drive product demand and support patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Science and Health background.
• Minimum 4 years of previous sales experience is preferred.
• History of promotional or sales success, territory management skills, effective communications skills, as well as demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability and accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies by customer to maximize overall effectiveness and impact.
• Build rapport and relationships with customers across virtual and F2F environments; document KPIs and use digital tools for engagement.
• Compliantly engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand by educating HCPs and patients.
• Develop and deliver relevant messaging to drive product demand and provide insights for new resources.
• Maintain market knowledge to enable meaningful dialogue with stakeholders.
• Deploy Pfizer resources to support HCPs; collaborate across platforms and with cross-functional teams.
• Present contract terms and introduce Pfizer Pro content where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Marketing to address inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
• Use calendaring and leadership insights to address customer priorities and improve outcomes.
