Job summary

NS BlueScope invites a seasoned Head of Technology Solutioning and Delivery to lead Asia's technology strategy, solution delivery, and digital transformation across ASEAN and China. You will partner with business leaders to drive AI adoption and data‑driven decision making.

You will ensure architecture governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise standards while delivering strategic projects, improving efficiency, and building high‑performing regional teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of industry experience with leadership of regional technology teams.
• Proven track record transforming teams and driving business performance in a matrix organization.
• Extensive leadership in delivering complex transformation programs.
• Strong background in digital strategy, enterprise applications, solution architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute digital strategies across Customer Centricity, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Functions.
